  • Starting Point: Chiltern Link
  • Route:We will begin by following the Chiltern Link through Lowndes Park towards Pednor and Herbert’s
Hole. We might see some Kites soaring ahead before we venture towards Dundridge Manor with its
interesting ‘moat.’ Next up is ‘Fairy Woods,’ where the shy inhabitants hide behind doors, and finally
we climb up into Captain’s Woods with views across the valley. The run will end in Chesham high
street where we will say our goodbyes or chat some more over coffee and cake. This is a good route
for people new to trail running or transitioning from road running as although it could be very
muddy and overgrown in places, the terrain is not too technical and hills are undulating.
