T-REx is led by me, Perry Stock, a passionate trail runner who likes to run a little further. I am all about bringing the joys of trail running to as many people as possible. I have run various trails and ultra marathon distances, some of which: include the London to Brighton 100k, The Leviathon 50 Miles, The Big Way Round 50K and multiple others. In 2022 I ventured into a new area of running and took part in the Salomon Skyrace Ring of Steall
Perry has completed many ultras and marathons and is now eager to encourage others to enjoy trail running without the pressure of competing and follows the principles of #run2completenot2compete
Perry is an England Athletics Leader in Running Fitness LiRF and he heads up T-REx. He has bags of enthusiasm and absolutely loves getting people out on the trails.
Perry's next little adventure will be to sort out the EA Coaching qualification.

Shell is a keen runner with a passion for exploring trails in new places. Having converted from road running in 2019, she regularly travels around the country and abroad, seeking out new running routes and entering races in order to see more of the great outdoors. Recently, she has started to ‘dabble’ in mountain and coastal trails, with their more technical terrain and challenging elevation, which she hopes to continue in the future and hopefully bring to Trail-Run Explorers.
Shell has completed many ultras, marathons and multi-day events, and is now eager to encourage others to enjoy trail running without the pressure of competing and at a ‘jolly pace’ through guided runs.
Shell is an England Athletics Leader in Running Fitness LiRF and she heads up the T-REx part of the business, leading groups on exciting runs in The Chilterns (where she is based). Shell is full of enthusiasm and is happy chatting about anything and everything to whoever will listen.
